For my last day of eating dinner alone I made a simple salad with bbq chicken breast mixed in. Simple and cold for a way too warm afternoon. Trish will be home tomorrow so I will be going back to taking pictures of Tak and sunsets and totally take Trish's amazing cooking for granted.
Keeping with the menu theme here is todays dish. Basa fillet baked with lemon, olive oil, basil, garlic and pepper and butternut squash baked with brownsugar, dried cranberries and apricots.
Just so the ladies that usually take care of me don't worry about me starving I figured I would post up a menu of "while Trish is away" dinners. Last night was grilled Halibut steak with brown sugar/soyasauce glaze, tonight is BBQ steak with grilled peppers and steamed asperigrass and zuccini. Enjoy!
Wow day 100 already. Or maybe I should say only day 100. It seems like I've been doing this for a long time already and I still have 265 more days. Nikon D70s f2.8 1/800
This is my 365 project. It seems like every one has one these days, but if you don't know what it is it's a photo blog in which I will post one photo every day for a year. The goal is to improve my creativity and technical skill, as well as force me to pull out the camera and shoot something every day. I am going to try to limit my self from repeating the same subject matter too much and I would also like to do some theme weeks so if you have any sugestions leave me a message. And please comments on photos you like or dislike with some constructive criticism.
